Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Plan To Pitch ("we", "us", "the seller"), the operator of the Plan to Pitch session planning platform for grassroots football coaches. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Plan to Pitch provides a session builder for drawing and animating football drills, a library of official and community session plans, PDF export of session plans, and subscription plans (Solo, Team of 3 and Club) that unlock saving, downloads and exports. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

3. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency you chose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
  • send spam or use the community library to distribute unsolicited material;
  • upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • introduce malware, probe or scan the service, scrape it, or interfere with its security or availability;
  • reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent plan limits or technical controls.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the sessions, drills, notes and branding you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide the service to you — including displaying it in the community library when you choose to publish it there. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, contact us and we will remove or restrict it; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

6. Our intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, official session plans and drill content, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

7. Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep Plan to Pitch available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these policies. When access ends, you may export your saved sessions for a reasonable period before they are deleted.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
